The Stratalys team is led by founder Jeff Hayes who graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University and earned his doctorate in political science from The University of Chicago. He has conducted large-scale public opinion research projects for a wide variety of corporate, non-profit, and political clients. At Stratalys, he specializes in optimizing communications strategies through the application of Internet-based research designs and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
In addition to the founder, Karen Kaludov is a Principal at the firm. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego and was a Fulbright Scholar to the Slovak Republic. Kaludov leverages Stratalys' leading-edge research platforms to ensure that clients discover the messages that change behavior and influence opinion. She has deep experience in the corporate communications and research industry, having held executive leadership positions at APCO Worldwide and an AI-based digital intelligence company.
